General Management and Operations - Driving Successful P&L's

MEGALO Enterprises draws on broad general management experience from our own team and affiliate network to fill Chief Executive Officer to bookkeeping roles on an interim or permanent basis.

MEGALO Enterprises team includes experienced operations professionals who have led companies. Our team works with our clients to develop, implement, and run key operations, while driving efficiencies into existing operations.


 Strategy and Corporate Development

A sound and executable strategy is the foundation for business innovation. It must be fact-based, focused and, most of all, executable. MEGALO Enterprises works as peers to the management team to develop or refine a robust, focused, and actionable strategy and execution plan, investor presentations and supporting materials. Strategy does not stop at completion of the business plan.  Our team works to refine company plans as business results occur creating real-time opportunities.

Where merger or acquisition opportunities exist, our team works to evaluate each opportunity and leads or supports all phases of the process. When sale or purchase of assets is required, MEGALO Enterprises team can deploy a qualified professional to take on the task.


Marketing and Business Development

A clear and focused value proposition is tantamount to a successful commercial strategy. Our team works to hone a company's value proposition and then develop, refine, or restructure company positioning, including pricing and promotions. Our experienced team develops a strategic marketing plan to lever the company's sustainable competitive advantage and build brand awareness.

MEGALO Enterprises team has extensive experience in developing and managing high-performing sales operations, ensuring that compensation structures are aligned with revenue and profitability goals. In addition, our team assists clients through the RFP/CSB process on a variety of diversified contracts ranging from within government to hospitality.


Organizational Development and Recruiting

It can take six months to identify, recruit and hire a qualified manager. Building or aligning a human resource organization for a growing or under-performing company requires attention to standard industry norms, corporate culture, risk, and opportunity. MEGALO Enterprises works with its clients to provide recruiting, retention, and communication programs that contribute to the long-term success of an organization.

Concurrently, the MEGALO team assumes open management positions in the client company until permanent candidates are identified and hired.


Financial Operations

In growth and turnaround situations, strong cash management is critical to the survival and success of the company, especially if it is a cash business or event. Our team includes experienced financial professionals who are well versed in cash management, negotiating debt and revolving credit lines, AP/AR, and other related financial operations.

When additional private equity financing is required, we draw upon our significant experience and network to structure capitalization plans and private placements, weighing issues such as required capitalization, valuation, and investor track records. Our team orchestrates the entire funding process, including preparation of investor presentations, identification and development of relationships with prospective investors, and structure and negotiation of deal terms.
